    Our client, N.R., was accused of Official Misconduct and Petit Larceny. Even though Art secured a favorable plea bargain, she didn’t want it because she swore she was innocent. Art scheduled the matter for trial and, on the trial date, got all the charges dismissed.

    Art’s client M.L. was accused of gang assault in Albany County Jail. After battling the DA for eight months, the Judge finally dismissed the charges. M.L. was released on this charge that very day.

    N.C.P. was falsely accused of criminal possession of a defaced shotgun. He went to trial with another lawyer last year but, after nearly three days of deliberation, the jury was deadlocked and the court declared a mistrial.
